Main purpose of job

  • To provide effective legal advice and assistance to clients of the firm
  • To provide support to and work with team members in UAE and overseas offices in dealing with clients’ cases


Law graduate with excellent English and computer skills and knowledge
Degree in Arabic or fluent in written and spoken Arabic

Key tasks will include

Undertake legal and corporate services work including :

  •  investigation of facts and analysis of issues
  •  translating documents into and from Arabic
  •  making field visits and on site enquiries as necessary
  •  communication and liaison with competent authorities, bodies and departments
  •  identifying, locating and obtaining original and copy documentation
  •  drafting applications, petition, statements and other documentation
  •  attendance at offices of Government and other bodies in connection with Firm’s work and
  •  behalf of and with clients

Person specification

  • Minimum of 3 years experience of working in UAE legal environment
  • Exposure to corporate, property, litigation, immigration cases in UAE   
  • Pleasant, tactful, resilient and assertive manner in dealing with colleagues and clients.
  • Effective communicator with a good command of written English and Arabic
  • Previous knowledge and experience of dealing with Government departments useful.
  • Personally efficient and well organised, with good control of diary systems
  • High level of computer literacy.

Main duties

Direct sales and cold calling of targeted potential clients for Firm’s range of Services
All aspecst of Customer liaison and communications
Ongoing Customer care and Relationship Development
Assist in development of Firm’s Marketing Strategy
Assist in Coordinating the Firm’s Marketing Activity
Working with Firm’s Partners and Strategic Allies
Assisting in implementing Firm’s Advertising, Print and Online Strategy
Assisting in design of effective sales and promotional material
Meeting and exceeding agreed Sales Targets
Assisting in development of Firm’s Promotional Material

Academic qualifications:

MBA, BSc or similar

Skills and Practical qualifications:

Excellent command of spoken and written English
Confident and self assured Approach to work
Experience of Sales and Marketing – particularly in professional services sector
Sound grasp of Business Development strategies and policies
Practical knowledge of territories and markets
Sales and Marketing Strategy Analysis, Design and Implementation
Track record in meeting challenges and achieving goals
Good understanding of IT and social media
