The spectrum of our Commercial Property work ranges from drafting new leases (including leases excluding the lease renewal provisions contained in the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954), assignment of existing leases, licenses to assign, advice in the negotiation of rent reviews and acquisition and disposal of freehold properties and businesses.
We are also able to provide specialist legal advice on licensing. We regularly deal with transfers and applications for new licenses.
We have developed a special expertise in the acquisition and sale of commercial investment properties – both by private treaty and at auction.
